SUPPLIES LIST
Please have all of your supplies with you at the Kick-Off Meeting, including a cell phone or tablet that can download the app.
You may purchase supplies from this list on your own or alternatively we can mail you a Welcome Kit that has all of the supplies you need (cost: $75). Please select "Retune Health Welcome Kit" when you schedule your Kick-Off Meeting.
Required:

Over-the-ear headphones

Preferred: Full frequency, wired headphones that connect to your cell phone or tablet. I like THESE.

Not Recommended: Ear buds, noise canceling headphones.

A headphone to cell phone adapter, if necessary. Check your phone to see what you need. Example 1 and Example 2.

A creative project, such as an adult coloring book or sketchpad and pens, for you to work on while we listen to the music.

One additional internet enabled device for the Google Meet calls
